Apa Hotel Takaoka-Marunouchi

Very convenient to start line of Toyama Marathon.

There is no USB nor USB C type. Bed was too soft. Room is very small.

Just a 3 minutes walk from Takaoka station (not to be confused with shin-takaoka station). Microwave and coin laundry room is available.

Clean, lots of necessaties like toothbrush, razor etc, new towels every day (I didn't now that, I would have told then it's unneccessary, I need new ones every 4-5 days). Very good service (even in English). Very cozy bed.Modern facilities.Huge TV, good light concept, AV.2 very huge supermarkets very close and conbini.Next JR would be Etchunakagawa, 15min by foot.

Not the best location, the tram comes often but the train from takaoka very rarely. It would be better to live near shin-takaoka. Very small room (I've been to a hotel in Okazaki which was cheaper and the room was huge with big window front and balcony, ~33€)(Btw I chose this over the APA near Takaoka station because the rooms at APA marunouchi have bathrooms which is very important to me)

Bed were super comfortable. Location is fine. Room was so small it was not possible to open two luggages in the same time.

The receptionist was super rude. The man didn't speak English, when we started communication in broken Japanese, he became rude. We asked for the breakfast and he lied to us and said BREAKFAST IS NOT AVAIBLE. Even tho we seen the poster in the entrance. We sent the message about the location of the parking and we got the answer 12h later after we already arrived and had a lot of issues with finding it because there are 4 locations. Also the receptionist told us we cannot leave car at the parking for the whole day... Why? We pay for this, it's included in the price. There was no information that it's only for the night.The receptionist man was an awful and mean liar.

Close to the castle park, a historical must see in the Hokuriku region. Two convenience stores and some restaurants are nearby.

It said 15 minute walk from Takaoka Station on the web, but it’s in fact more than that. Not so easy in a hot summer day!

Excellent hotel that offers everything a travelling needs and at a great price. Our whole stay was made wonderful by this hotel’s staff who even exceeded the excellent Japanese standards of service. Staff at APA Marunouchi were friendly, helpful , efficient , welcoming and helped us in many ways . They made our stay special.

They very worst I can say is that the bedrooms were small for two people

A standard private hotel room for a good price.

The location is a little off, but the Park is quite close.

The staff were nice and tried to speak English when there were communication issues. The bed was comfortable. There was a decent view from my room. It is located very close to a supermarket and local transportation.

They scheduled a room cleaning during my stay but when the day came, they never did it! I believe it was because of the Do Not Disturb sign, but it was very inconvenient to have to postpone it for the next day. The hot water can get boiling hot like it will melt your skin off, so I had to be very careful when using the faucets. There was a few large cracks in the backsplash that made it look run down. The space between the bed and desk is very small and has little leg room.
